Technically this bug is in the underlying library
Regexp::Pattern::License where it was (most likely) introduced with the
addition of detecting patterns except_autoconf_2 and
except_autoconf_2_g10 in release v3.4. Reassigning accordingly.
Probably the pattern except_autoconf_2_g10 is too loose. I will look
into that later...
