Should libpoe-component-*-perl move to the Perl Group?

The libpoe-component-*-perl packages were needed by FusionDirectory's
argonaut service. No clue, if they are useful to others.
Please move them over to the Perl Packaging Team. I don't have any
interest in them anymore, feel free to drop me from Uploaders: field,
as well.
Alternatively, we may want to consider removing them from Debian
testing/unstable(???).
