I ran into this issue today. Normally I file bugs for flaky tests at 
severity serious because of the point raised, so I'll mark this bug as 
such. Due to the timing in the freeze I'll also (Release Team member hat 
on) mark it as bookworm-ignore. Targeted fixes are still welcome.
