Bug#1045241: libtest-rdf-perl: Fails to build source after successful build

Hi!

Although I'm not very actively developing recently, I do monitor the packages. 
Is there anything I as upstream should do?

I noticed in particular that:

but it hasn't changed for a long time, so I don't understand what that could 
be?
