libglib-perl has failing build tests & autopkgtests with glib 2.77.0

This issue has already been reported upstream & I confirmed that
upstream plans to adjust this test so that it passes with both glib
2.77.0 and earlier versions.

I'm just filing this bug here now for easier tracking of glib 2.77.0 blockers.
