liblocale-gettext-perl Pre-Depends perlapi-5.38.2 but sid has perlapi-5.40.0

Hi,

SID use perl-base 5.40.0-X but liblocale-gettext-perl still demands 5.38.2.
Without liblocale-gettext-perl you can't install xserver-xorg, so you 
can't install gdm3 so there is now graphical session.

You can install sddm with wayland support but it's now working correctly.
