I can't reproduce this test failure, even when running the test in a
loop while putting my laptop under high load.
OTOH I'm not surprised as many of the tests are fragile and
timing-critical, and we are already skipping another test.

So yeah, I guess we can either ignore this failure and close the bug
report, or we can skip this test as well. Not sure, and I think
there's no good/correct solution here.
