A new upstream release which builds with libgsl-dev 2.8 (and not with
2.7) is already in our git repo.
(Unfortunately it still fails to build with gcc-14 (#1075182) but
that's a different story.)

And then we can upload libmath-gsl-perl 0.45-1 :)
