Bug#924980: Updating the libauthen-ntlm-perl Uploaders list

Hi Perl team,

the package libauthen-ntlm-perl became a candidate for the Bug of the
Day[1] since it had no Maintainer upload since >5 years, has a bug and
is not on Salsa - at least not visible for the users since Vcs-fields
are pointing to Alioth and the redirect is not working (any more).

I wonder if some of your team could be added as Uploader and the package
could be uploaded (possibly after updating to latest packaging
standards).
