According to MetaCPAN Crypt::OpenSSL::X509 now lives at

   https://github.com/dsully/perl-crypt-openssl-x509

The current control Homepage points to the MetaCPAN page, which is less
specific (but maybe less prone to bitrot?). Please update if you think
it's an improvement.
