Dear Maintainer,

While running scan-copyrights on package dulwich an error is triggered

Cannot merge statement with mismatching owners at
/usr/share/perl5/Software/Copyright.pm line 118.

This is caused by the same copyright holder spelled in different ways

Jelmer Vernooij vs Jelmer Vernooij, note ij vs ij, making the merge of copyrights
fail.
