Could someone please remove repository on Salsa (Was: Bug#1101482: ITS: libwiki-toolkit-plugin-diff-perl)

I realised I do not have sufficient permissions to remove

At the request of the maintainer I've created a MR based on my private
fork[1] which fits better for this purpose to have some sensible
history.  Could someone either give me permissions to remove the
repository above or simply remove it from Perl team space?
