Please reintroduce libauthen-krb5-perl and libauthen-krb5-admin-perl

Hi,

I updated 
https://salsa.debian.org:perl-team/modules/attic/libauthen-krb5-perl. To 
be reviewed (and move to modules root directory if OK).

(ToDo at least: fix upstream/metadata)
