Bug#1103643: libmail-box-imap4-perl: Please upgrade libmail-box-imap4-perl to version 3.009

There is a new release, 3.009, of Mail::Box::IMAP4, with a real bug
fix in it that I need (and, for the record, that I wrote and submitted
to the upstream maintainer). Please upgrade the Debian package to
3.009. Thank you.

(The debsums errors below are because my local copy of the module has
my fix hand-applied to it.)
