Bug#1097234: libnet-patricia-perl: ftbfs with GCC-15

There's a new version of Net::Patricia, which supports GCC-15. But there 
will most likely be another release. A test in t/01everything.t uses "_" 
as an invalid IP address. It seems that there are CPAN smokers that 
resolve the hostname "_". I've contacted the CPAN tester in question and 
am going to rewrite the test. The issue is tracked at
