Hi,

as per ITS bug I have uploaded libimage-imlib2-perl to the delayed queue.
While the ITS procedure defines a delay period of 10 days I decided to
shorten this period to 3 days only for the following reasons:

  1. There was an RC bug which was reassigned to imlib2.  However, it
     seems sensible to link against this new imlib2 version since the
     RC bug became visible in connection with this Perl module

  2. We are in soft freeze and it makes sense to get the package
     now featuring an autopkgtest into testing quickly.  That test
     would have fired probably sooner and the broken imlib2 would
     not have been accepted due to that test possibly.

  3. The said bug delayed the upload and ITS period is over anyway
     even if the second warning is a bit delayed.

The changes inside the packaging are not really trivial but I do not see
any potentially breaking change.  If you think I'm wrong here please
anyone speak up and I'll immediately cancel the upload.
