libfile-chdir-perl: please consider maintaining this package in the Perl Team

Hi James,

I have created a repository in Debian Perl group[1].  Since I know you
personally quite good (greetings after a long time - missed you at
DebConf ;-) ) I assume you are perfectly fine with team maintenance.
Thus I assume it is fine to skip the time draining package salvage
procedure.  I would like to upload this package in 10 days (in case my
assumption is wrong).  It would be great if you could send some "fine
for me with team maintenance notice".
