This seems to be caused by a change in graphviz (used via 
libgraphviz-perl):

| the layout plugin will typically go with it. This
| prevents the 'neato', 'circo', etc. tools (included in graphviz) from working:

… which is the error we are seeing.


Maybe we should just depend in graphviz-tools in libgraphviz-perl?
