Looking at https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/libyaml-pp-perl I noticed
that libconfig-model-dpkg-perl has an autopkgtest failure on all
architectures since the upload of libyaml-pp-perl 0.38.1-1, cf.
https://ci.debian.net/packages/libc/libconfig-model-dpkg-perl/testing/amd64/57457207/
and the same test failure occurs during build:
