Bug#1104519: liblemonldap-ng-common-perl: prompts for unmodified conffile

Package: liblemonldap-ng-common-perl
Version: 2.21.0+ds-2
Severity: serious

When upgrading a system from Debian bookworm to Debian trixie, with
liblemonldap-ng-common-perl installed, the upgrade prompts for a
conffile change. However that file was never modified in the first
place, so prompting is inappropriate.

Command to reproduce below.

Setting up liblemonldap-ng-common-perl (2.21.0+ds-2) ...

     N or O  : keep your currently-installed version
       D : show the differences between the versions
       Z : start a shell to examine the situation
  The default action is to keep your current version.

Reproducer:

   mmdebstrap --variant=apt --include=liblemonldap-ng-common-perl --chrooted-customize-hook='sed -e s/stable/testing/ -i /etc/apt/sources.list && apt update && apt dist-upgrade -y' stable /dev/null

Best,
Chris
