The root of the error looks to be:

I'm afraid I have not managed to reproduce the issue, but if
that helps, the purpose of the test item is to verify that the w
command from the procps package can behave as a suitable
replacement for uptime if the latter is unavailable.  Since
procps in Debian ships both w and uptime at the same time, then
I believe supporting the capability of using w as uptime
replacement is unnecessary and that the corresponding test can
be skipped without worries.
