One of the modules in this package warns when used with Perl 5.42
(currently in experimental.) This also propagates to at least one another
package, causing an autopkgtest regression there.

$ perl -we 'use File::Flock::Forking'
Possible precedence problem between ! and string eq at /usr/share/perl5/File/Flock/Forking.pm line 14.
If you want to test changes against Perl 5.42 in experimental and run
into uninstallability problems, there is a test repository of rebuilt
Debian sid packages for amd64 available at <https://perl.debian.net/>.
