One of my e-mails (which I choose to keep confidential here) gets processed as follows:
$ msgconvert --verbose -o output.eml input.msg 2>&1 | egrep -i "charset|encoding|code *page"
Using property 0003:3FDE (CODEPAGE): 1251
Skipping property 0003:3FFD (Message Code Page): 1251
As I'm having difficulties in reading the result on the console, my wish is that the property 0003:3FFD gets honored, and that reencoding takes place if necessary or requested.
