libnet-twitter-perl is deprecated since 2018, the upstream Git repo 
is archived since 2025, and I believe it also doesn't work anymore 
with the changes of the Twitter API (or is at least useless with the 
changes to the old Twitter API).

Unfortunately it has 1 reverse dependency: 
libdist-zilla-plugin-twitter-perl.

Still, I guess we should just remove both packages …
