   * Team upload.
   * Remove libmodule-build-perl from Build-Depends.
     This distribution uses ExtUtils::MakeMaker.
   * Fix month in 0.35-1 changelog entry.
     Thanks to Santiago Vila for the bug report. (Closes: #1129129)
   * debian/rules: drop HOME handling. debhelper does this for us now.
   * Declare compliance with Debian Policy 4.7.3.
   * Remove «Rules-Requires-Root: no», which is the current default.
   * Remove «Priority: optional», which is the current default.
