Bug#1125485: cme: Please remove 'Priority: optional'

Hi,

`cme fix dpkg-control` now sets "Standards-Version: 4.7.3" - great.

However, Debian policy 4.7.3 is also about droping
  Priority: optional
which is not done.  Please remove the Priotity field if set to
optional when you set "Standards-Version: 4.7.3".
