I see to upload at least libmail-message-perl tonight to resolve
the present bug.  I see also migration to testing blocked in the
package tracker system[3], likely caused by lack of appropriate
debian/control metadata to ensure a lockstep upgrade of the
libmail*-perl components in such a way that the package set
remains coherent.
