Thank you for your report, the relevant part of test failures
looks to be:

> Failed to parse IP address: 2a01:3f0:0:301::53 at /<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/blib/lib/Zonemaster/Engine/Nameserver.pm line 548, <$fh> line 7.

Similarly to #1135413, this looks related to libldns upgrade to
v1.9.0, possibly a bug that stems from libzonemaster-ldns-perl.
I have informed upstream, there are a few more details on their
issue tracker.
