Bug#1149805: libconfig-model-dpkg-perl: Glues together d/t/control restrictions lines, but wrap-and-sort does not

Source: libconfig-model-dpkg-perl
Version: 3.027

Run wrap-and-sort -ast on a Debian package that has multiple
autopkgtest restrictions.
git commit to more easily view the diff
Then run cme fix dpkg --save

cme insists that Restrictions need to be on a single line.
This is different than what wrap-and-sort -ast does.

It doesn't seem to be required as autopkgtests work as expected with
line breaks in the Restrictions field.

It doesn't match how cme treats the other fields in
debian/tests/control like Tests and Depends where cme leaves existing
line breaks as is.

https://people.debian.org/~eriberto/README.package-tests.html says
that both the Tests and Restrictions field values "are separated by
commas and/or whitespace".

Thank you,
Jeremy Bícha
