Hello,
Bug #1149802 in libconfig-model-dpkg-perl reported by you has been fixed in the
Git repository and is awaiting an upload. You can see the commit
message below and you can check the diff of the fix at:
https://salsa.debian.org/perl-team/modules/packages/libconfig-model-dpkg-perl/-/commit/d70556bcdae76a74b9271b5ee6b5b1445ba9082f

control source: keep restriction profile of dh-sequence-* packages
The first implementation of dh-sequence model was flawed as build
restriction profiles were dropped. Comments were dropped as well.
Instead of following the architecture of regular package where
package, build restriction and arch restriction are stored as a
uniline backed by a very complicated class named
Config::Model::Dpkg::Dependency, the model of dh-sequence is more
complex. Each dependency is modeled with:
- a name (dh-sequence-foo is stored as foo)
- a list of build restriction.
I.e. the " dh-sequence-sphinxdoc <!nodoc> <foo bar>" dependency is
stored as (shown in YAML):
Build-Depends:
dh-sequence:
- name: sphinxdoc
- build-profile-restrictions:
- !nodoc
- foo bar
This also applies to dh-sequence stored in Build-Depends-Indep.
Later, depending on feedback, I may rewrite standard dependency to use
a similar model.
Closes: #1149802
