Now that libpasswd-unix-perl has been removed (cf.
https://alioth-lists.debian.net/pipermail/pkg-perl-maintainers/2026-October/191182.html),
please remove libcrypt-password-perl, which has two actual CVEs which
won't get fixed probably, and the module is unmaintained since 2012.

Apologies I stated the wrong reason for removal of
libpasswd-unix-perl, this was needed to be removed so we can drop
libcrypt-password-perl, which was the goal of the whole action.
