   * Team upload.
   * Disable webview support on big-endian architectures, where webkit2gtk
     is no longer available (Closes: #1148235).
   * Declare compliance with Debian Policy 4.7.4.
   * Remove «Rules-Requires-Root: no», which is the current default.
   * Remove «Priority: optional», which is the current default.
   * Enable all hardening flags.
   * Enable salsa-ci.yml.
