That's possible by just disabling webview for big endian in
libalien-wxwidgets-perl and rebuilding libwx-perl with the new
libalien-wxwidgets-perl.

I realized the reverse way (enabling webview) in 1:0.9932-9 by
(build-)depending on libalien-wxwidgets-perl (>= 0.69+dfsg-8~).
A new version of libalien-wxwidgets-perl 0.69+dfsg-9 was uploaded,
which has webview disable on big endian.

I'm just preparing a new upload of libwx-perl, which (build-)depends
on libalien-wxwidgets-perl (>= 0.69+dfsg-9~) to disable webview on
big endian (will upload it, when the new libalien-wxwidgets-perl is
available everywhere).
