Hi, thanks for the report. Please consider using the 'reportbug' tool
next time, so we can track your issue better.
The thing here is that libmoo-perl 2.002005-1 ancient. It was shipped
in Debian 9 (stretch). It looks like the metadata that used to prevent
the above error on upgrades was removed in
libsub-quote-perl (2.006006-3) unstable; urgency=medium

Skipping stable releases on upgrades is not supported in Debian, so I
suppose we are not going to fix this. Sorry.
