<P>L’activité des feuilles de la <STRONG>vigne rouge</STRONG> est
due aux divers flavonoïdes qu’elles renferment,<BR>notamment la
quercétine et ses dérivés. L’extrait de feuilles de vigne rouge
soulage les symptômes de l’insuffisance veineuse et contribue à
ralentir la progression de la maladie.</P>
<P>Le <STRONG>marronnier d’Inde</STRONG> diminue l’enflure
rencontrée dans le symptôme de jambes lourdes. Il augmente le tonus
des parois veineuses et des capillaires, ce qui a comme avantage de
diminuer leur perméabilité.</P>
<P>Le <STRONG>petit houx</STRONG> a des effets antioxydants et
légèrement anti-inflammatoires par l'action de deux saponosides
stéroïdiens, la ruscogénine et la néoruscogénine.</P>
<P>L’extrait de <STRONG>pépins de raisins</STRONG> contient des
oligo-proanthocyanidines (OPC) qui ont un puissant pouvoir
antioxydant conférant la capacité de renforcer les parois veineuses
et donc de diminuer les symptômes associés aux jambes
