[Pkg-phototools-devel] Please provide source package for libgphoto2 2.4.1

I hope I'll be able to finish the packaging this weekend, there's an
additional tweak that needs to go in so that I don't break reverse
dependencies (previous tests were OK, but a potential issue has been
brought up to my attention). Once that done, I'll provide with a link to
the source package; the upload might be delayed some bits due to some
release management constraints.
