[Pkg-phototools-devel] RFC: libgphoto2 (package adoption, fixes an RC bug)

Hi,

please find below a source package for libgphoto2, which results in a
package adopted by pkg-phototools, as well as an RC bugfix (for both
sid and testing).

Frederic, I added the D: on libltdl3-dev rather than deleting the .la
files at the moment, since I'm not willing to break anything. My current
plan is getting this package migrate into testing, so that I can have a
look at packaging 2.4.1, and maybe deleting the .la files at that
moment, with a RC-bugfree package in testing, so that we don't risk a
possible removal.

I'll probably wait a few days, and if no objections arise, I'll have it
sponsored.
