[Pkg-phototools-devel] Bug#491370: Please package new upstream version 3.2

With the recent final release of hugin 0.7 (a wishlist request for
upgrading it has been filed) it would be very welcome to have enblend
3.2 packaged as it contains enfuse with is required for some features in
hugin 0.7!
