Hej,

I have done some first steps on updating enblend/fuse to version 4.0.

Missing:
* Update of debian/copyright.
* Testing
* Perhaps it might be better to ship the docs as pdf instead of/ in
  addition to info.

Most of the patches are straightforward, except for updating
debian/patches-repack/*. Previously this contained stuff like

which I just did not get the point of. I dtherefore dropped it,
instead of try to forward-port it.
