libpano13 is up to date in experimental. 2.9.14 rc1 is identical to
the final 2.9.14 release iirc. (The library package name needs to be
libpano13-1 btw.)

Hugin is up to date in phototools git repo
http://git.debian.org/?p=pkg-phototools/hugin.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/experimental
packages for lenny (should work on sid, too.) built from this code are
on <http://www.bebt.de/debian/dists/lenny/hugin080/>. Basically the
only thing that kept me from uploading to experimental was
debian/copyright, see e.g:

I started trying to resolve the unclear stuff but was not very
successful. 

I am not sure whether this is resolvable at all or we can/should
believe in good faith. hugin 0.7.0 in sid is not better in that
respect.
