[Pkg-phototools-devel] Bug#539243: hugin: Watch file should point to the .gz tarball instead of the .bz2 one

Hi,

Since the release candidate of hugin 0.7.0, upstream switched to the gz format
to release the source tarball. But in the watch file, we are still using the
bz2 format.

The watch file should be updated to take the gz tarball into account, and detect
 then the new tarball.
