[Pkg-phototools-devel] openjpeg build system switch to cmake

Hi,

  There is an ongoing effort to transition openjpeg from v1 to v2
(with proper large tiles support). As part of the process, the old
build system has been declared unsupported. Instead cmake is being
used:

  There will be some issue with the SOVERSION as the naming convention
in debian already use the "2" number. So I am not sure how to handle a
parallel installation of openjpeg 1.4 and openjpeg 2.0 as debian
package.
