[Pkg-phototools-devel] Bug#604135: RM: libpano12 -- ROM; superseded by libpano13, orphaned

Please remove libpano12 (binaries libpano12-0 libpano12-bin
libpano12-dev) from unstable. It has been superseded by libpano13,
there are no reverse dependencies in sid.

Technically I am not maintainer of libpano12, but:
* libpano12 is orphaned #554056
* I am in the uploader list for libpano13.
