Just for clarification, these are the NEW packages. The old libgphoto2-2-dev
has been renamed to libgphoto2-dev, to ease transitions in case of a SONAME
bump.

I expect dependant packages (13, 1 of which is gphoto2, and I'll take care of
it) to use libgphoto2-dev in their Build-Depends from now on.

Once the package is ACCEPTED, I'll upload gphoto2 with the corrected
Build-Depends, and I'll also try to build the other dependant packages,
and eventually report serious FTBFS bugs against them.

They should also be fine regarding the 2.4.6 → 2.4.10.1 version bump, since the
SONAME hasn't changed and the maintainers didn't report any problem.

Hopefully, I will upload gphoto2 as soon as libgphoto2 gets ACCEPTED.
