There are (at least) three missing package relationships:

libgphoto2-dev          Breaks: libgphoto2-2-dev
libgphoto2-dev-doc      Breaks: libgphoto2-2 (<= 2.4.10.1-3)
libgphoto2-doc          Breaks: libgphoto2-2 (<= 2.4.10.1-3)
