libopenjpeg2-dbg is marked as "Multi-Arch: same", but the following 
files are architecture-dependent:

/usr/lib/debug/usr/bin/image_to_j2k
/usr/lib/debug/usr/bin/index_create
/usr/lib/debug/usr/bin/j2k_to_image

To fix this, you might want to use debhelper's compat>=9 (in which 
hash-based paths are used for debug stuff), or exclude the tools when 
dh_strip'ping.
