Thanks for reporting this!

pfscalibration is not shipped as part of the pfstools upstream tarball
but a separate tarball. Imho, this should thus be shipped in a separate
Debian (source) package as well. You should file an RFP for this -- I'm
not sure if I can find the time to take care of the packaging myself.
