[Pkg-phototools-devel] Is pfstools still maintained

Hi, 

I'm thinking about NMUing pfstools for the Octave transition. However,
looking at the PTS I see that there was no update in 2 years and that
the package is still using QT3 despite a QT4 upstream version being
available for a year:

So, should I file a removal bug for pfstools?
