Dear all,

On behalf of the whole OpenJPEG dev-team, I'm very proud to announce
that OpenJPEG 1.5.1 is out !

After 8 months of hard work we were able to release a stable 1.5.1
version. This release is a stable fix release. It only incorporate
fixes from the 1.5 branch. No new features were merged on 1.5.x
branch. It fixes mainly some security concerns and also stabilize the
ABI (proper SOVERSION convention). Most notable differences are listed
at:
