[Pkg-phototools-devel] darktable debian packaging

Hi,

I've done some private packaging of darktable of darktable 1.4~rc1,
starting with the Debian source of 1.2.3-1 and making changes, and I
was thinking that those changes could benefit the grander community.

Attached is a patch that does the following:

- adds build dependencies to graphicsmagic and lua5.2 development
  packages, as darktable 1.4rc1 uses those (especially the lua
  interface is a feature quite a number of people are waiting for)
- adds dependencies on libjs-{prototype,scriptaculous}:all instead of
  just libjs-{prototype,scriptaculous}, so there are no issues on
  multi-architecture machines
- adds the package darktable-doc to package the PDF documentation (I
  haven't looked much into what extra build dependencies may be needed
  for that).
